All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail.

• We charge a flat rate of $5 for all shipping in the United States.
  
• Shipping to Canada will be a flat rate of $10
  
• All other International orders will be a flat rate of $15
  

Usually, from the day your order ships, you can expect to receive your products in 3-5 business days for US orders. For International orders, you can expect to receive your product in 5-10 business days.

Our shipping partners deliver to all corners of the globe.

All orders are shipped from Albuquerque, NM, USA.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

To qualify for a return, your Oddball bracelet must arrive at Oddball within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 days of transit time back to our facility. In order to process your return, your Oddball bracelet must have all original packaging and sticker included Oddball bracelets returned without packaging and sticker will not be processed.

Please send an email to hello@wearoddball.com to begin your return process. Our Customer Service team will respond to your email as soon as possible. If your Oddball bracelet is not eligible for a refund, we will not be able to ship back your merchandise.

If your return package arrives at Oddball within the 30 day timeline specified, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Oddball.

To qualify for a size exchange, your Oddball bracelet must arrive at Oddball within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow up to 10 days of transit time back to our facility. In order to process your exchange, your Oddball bracelet must be in original condition with no visible wear. A bracelet returned with any damage or wear will not be processed for an exchange.

If your Oddball bracelet happens to break within 30 days of purchase, we will happily replace it. Please send an email to hello@wearoddball.com to begin the replacement process. In order to qualify for replacement bracelet, the damaged bracelet must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
